These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Stemago Live. By creating an account or using Stemago Live, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or region to use Stemago Live.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for activity performed through their accounts.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or misuse another user's identity.

3. User-Generated Content

Stemago Live allows users to publish or transmit content including live streams, videos, photos, audio, comments, messages and other user-generated material.

Users remain responsible for the content they create, upload, transmit or share.

By posting content through Stemago Live, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share that content.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not use Stemago Live to publish, promote or distribute:

• Illegal content or illegal activities
• Sexual exploitation or explicit prohibited sexual content
• Content exploiting or endangering minors
• Harassment, threats or targeted abuse
• Hateful or discriminatory content prohibited by applicable law
• Graphic or sadistic violence
• Fraud, scams or deceptive activities
• Unauthorized copyrighted material
• Spam or malicious content
• Content that violates another person's privacy or legal rights

5. Live Streaming

Users participating in live streams are responsible for their behavior and content. Stemago Live may remove live content or restrict access when content violates these Terms, community rules or applicable law.

6. Reporting and Moderation

Users may report content or accounts that violate our rules. Stemago Live may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts or permanently terminating accounts.

7. Virtual Coins and Gifts

Stemago Live may offer virtual coins, gifts or other digital items. Virtual items are licensed for use within the service and do not represent ownership of physical property.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to the applicable platform's payment terms and policies.

8. PK Battles, Rankings and Families

Stemago Live may provide PK competitions, rankings, families and other social or competitive features. These features are intended for entertainment and social interaction and do not constitute gambling or wagering.

9. Intellectual Property

Stemago Live's name, branding, software, design and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or exploit protected parts of the service except where permitted by law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten user safety, abuse the service or violate applicable law.

11. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee that Stemago Live will always be available without interruption, delay or technical error.

12. Changes to the Service

Features may be added, modified or removed as Stemago Live evolves.
